Creative Foods is looking for individuals with strong leadership skills who is ready to grow with an expanding food manufacturing company. The Production Personnel position is a long term position that will allow you to enhance your career while gaining valuable manufacturing experience. As we increase in production volume and products, we look to fill positions with people who uphold our expectations for excellence, reliability, team work and dedication.

JOB RESPONSIBILITES:

· Must consistently achieve production output standards.

· Visually examine batches in order to ensure conformance to established standards.

· Communicate production/quality problems immediately to Supervisor and QA.

· Comply with all SOPs and FDA regulations that apply.

· Assemble shipping containers, box, band and label finished product.

· Maintain department housekeeping standards.

· Might be required to use pallet jacks, dollies, and other equipment.

· Must be able to work overtime and/or weekends when required

· Any other duties as assigned

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

· High School Graduate or GED equivalency

· Excellent communicative and interpersonal skills

· Quality and detail oriented

· Passion for accuracy

· Completely trustworthy and reliable

· Ability to multi task

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

· Good attitude, initiative and teamwork

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

· Must be eighteen years of age or older

PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT:

· This job requires intermittent periods of continued physical exertion such as walking, standing, stooping, climbing and lifting material or equipment, some of which may be heavy or awkward.

· May be exposed to minor dust and noise levels.

· May be exposed to freezing temperatures below 32°F

· Must have the ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds

· Must be able to wear personal protective equipment as required

Must be available to work flexible hours during the day and weekends (i.e., Saturday and Sunday) as required.

We also do on the job training.  JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:  

Work with sanitation department to enhance sanitation programs throughout the facility. Provides a safe work environment throughout the plant. Maintains consistent communication Assist in continuous improvement of the sanitation program. Develop and maintain a broad understanding of the operational processes associated with the manufacturing facility. Adhere to safe work practices, follow GMP’s, maintain sanitary conditions and ensure that product quality is maintained. Report to management any conditions or practices that may adversely affect food safety, food quality or personnel safety. Perform other duties as assigned. 

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:  

Excellent communicative skills. Teamwork and collaboration. Detail Oriented Completely trustworthy and reliable Ability to work in a fast paced environment Must be eighteen years of age or older 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:  

EDUCATION:  High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent.  

LANGUAGE SKILLS:  

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and group situations. Ability to respond to questions from internal/external customers/vendors at all levels including management.
